Requirements

A minimum of 5 years in managing complex software programs, ideally with a focus on team dynamics and technology integration.
Experience engaging with cross-functional teams, particularly in product and infrastructure, to ensure projects align with our strategic goals.
Comfort with program management tools like Jira and Confluence, using them to facilitate transparency and coordination.
Strong understanding of technical architectures, including APIs and integration patterns, allowing for meaningful conversations with engineering teams.
Proficiency in leveraging metrics to enhance delivery predictability and identify potential challenges early.
