Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science, biochemistry, or molecular biology.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer support within a Life Science Service Organization, particularly with DNA-related products.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Hands-on experience with DNA handling, cloning, and gene synthesis is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Salesforce, and ERP software.
