The Audiobooks team is integrating deeper into the publishing sphere of Europe, specifically focusing on building robust relationships with publishers in France and the Benelux region. Your role will center on managing these strategic partnerships, ensuring they thrive and evolve over time.

Requirements

3+ years in publishing, digital media, or partnership management.
Experience working directly with publishers or rights holders.
Proven track record in commercial negotiations with a focus on licensing.
Solid grasp of the digital book and audiobook landscape.
Capability to manage budgets while making informed decisions.
Data-driven mindset to assess performance and shape strategy.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is advantageous.
