Requirements
- Proven experience in a general management role, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
- Strong financial acumen, with a track record of meeting revenue and profitability targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks and performance metrics.
- Ability to adapt to industry trends and apply insights to strategic decisions.

- Base salary starting at $100K, with potential earnings up to $150K OTE.
