At DH Pace Company, we focus on delivering comprehensive solutions in commercial door systems. Our Houston team is seeking an Operations Wizard who can enhance our operational efficiency and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, backed by at least two years in a role such as Operations Manager or Project Manager.
Hands-on experience in the service provider industry, particularly in construction project management.
A solid grasp of mechanical and electrical systems, coupled with a knack for troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with diverse teams and manage the hiring and training process effectively.
Comfort in a busy, deadline-driven environment, prioritizing customer service.
