Requirements

Proven experience in a service management role, demonstrating a clear understanding of operational dynamics.
Adept at using service management tools and analytical software to track performance metrics.
Experience in mentoring and developing team members, focusing on accountability and growth.
Strong organizational skills to juggle scheduling and resource allocation across different teams.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in resolving escalated customer issues.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Benefits

Competitive salary range of $128,000 – $145,000, commensurate with experience.
Performance bonuses typically ranging from 10–20% of your base salary.
