Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in life sciences or healthcare; backgrounds in business or analytics with relevant knowledge are also acceptable.
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Project Management, Clinical Research, or a related area.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional organizational skills that translate into meticulous planning and execution of client engagements.
- Familiar with oncology trials and privacy regulations (HIPAA/GDPR); this is a bonus.
- Comfort with CRM and productivity tools, and proficiency in reporting with Excel and presentation software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
