Requirements

Solid history in customer service management with at least five years in a supervisory role.
Experience using service management software, particularly Zendesk or Salesforce, to track performance and manage customer inquiries.
Adept in data analysis; comfortable diving into metrics to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear guidance both to your team and to customers.
Ability to navigate conflicts with a calm demeanor, turning challenging situations into opportunities for customer loyalty.
