Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in the music industry, focusing on music licensing and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of digital music and streaming, including key partners and market trends.
- Proven track record in structuring and closing complex deals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
- Familiar with music copyright and licensing frameworks; aware of industry challenges.
- High motivation and organization; able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, including building financial models and working with spreadsheets.
- Clear communicator; able to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
