Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in a customer success or similar role within a SaaS environment.
Proficient in data analysis, particularly with tools like Excel (familiarity with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is essential).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
A proactive mindset and a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects.
A degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Marketing.
Experience with SQL, HubSpot, or Tableau is a plus.
