Responsibilities

Handle new account kick-off meetings and ensure a smooth transition from sales to product management.
Establish a good understanding of the business for effective service.
Plan and manage the deployment timelines.
Planning the execution of the above in an effective and efficient manner in-house
Synthesize feedback, data, and company goals to develop a high-quality and clear product roadmap.
Define, measure, and share critical metrics to measure the success of the product in the market.
Partner with design, engineering, and operations to scope and build features that solve and create new opportunities.
Regularly baseline and track usage and impact of the product on business and product metrics to recommend strategies to improve.
Partner with Business Heads on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates.

Skills/ knowledge

Looking for 4+ years of relevant experience with a combination of deep technical knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
Proficient in articulating complex data concepts and issues in clear terms; interprets business issues and communicates ramifications of decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and in addition, knowledge of analytical tools: SQL, Python, R.
Proficient in Project management tools like JIRA, Zoho, Zendesk, etc.
Working knowledge of API’s is a must-have.
Works with a global, geographically dispersed team, highly self-motivated, able to work independently.
Able to direct and complete multiple projects that meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Can clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to customers.
Has a good understanding of technology and can wear a business hat when required.
Having experience in the credit or lending space will be an added advantage.
