Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead its Member Services team within the community outreach space. This role oversees a high-volume outbound contact center focused on activating members, conducting outreach campaigns, and driving engagement, alongside care navigation for closing care gaps and coordinating health-related follow-through. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare contact center operations, with a strong understanding of value-based care metrics and proficiency with call center platforms such as Five9.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Member Services

Pay: $90,000–$115,000 base + annual performance bonus (10-20K)

Location: Remote

Team: 8 direct and 60+ indirect reports

Requirements

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or managed care operations, with direct management of large contact center or outreach teams
Hands-on experience with Five9 or similar call center platforms, including campaign management and workforce reporting
Familiarity with value-based care metrics such as care gap closings, HEDIS, SDOH, HRA, and AWV
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred

Oversee day-to-day outbound and inbound contact center operations, including campaign execution, scheduling, and real-time quality monitoring
Manage and optimize call campaigns, call routing, and agent productivity
Analyze KPIs to improve contact center performance and member engagement outcomes
Develop a QA framework to ensure call quality, compliance, and audit readiness
Drive care gap closures and value-based care initiatives, monitoring their impact and implementing corrective actions as needed
Lead and develop Team Leads, setting performance expectations, coaching, and fostering a performance-driven culture
Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution for the team
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve automation, reporting, and support new program requirements
