What you will do:

We are looking for an eCommerce Insights & Project Manager, who will work exclusively for one of our key clients – Reckitt, on their baby food formula brand Enfamil and will own performance reporting and project delivery across leading online marketplaces, turning raw data from Excel/Google Sheets into clear, actionable insights for marketing, media, and creative teams. This role sits within the eCommerce Marketing team and requires strong analytical skills, structured project management, and proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Insights & Reporting

Download, clean, and consolidate data from leading eCommerce marketplaces and retailer portals into structured Excel/Google Sheets for regular performance tracking.
Build insight reports and dashboards that highlight trends in sales, traffic, conversion, digital shelf visibility, and content performance at SKU, brand, and campaign level.
Analyze XL sheet datasets to identify growth opportunities, underperforming products, and optimization levers across search, merchandising, and content.
Translate complex data into simple narratives and recommendations for eCommerce Marketing, Media, and Brand teams, including clear next steps and ownership.
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with marketplace summaries, KPIs, and visual presentations.

eCommerce Marketing & Content Support

Monitor digital shelf and Product Detail Page (PDP) performance across key marketplaces, assessing how content, pricing, and placement impact rank and conversion.
Partner with the eCommerce marketing leads to brief content and creative requirements based on insights from data and competitive audits.
Coordinate with media and performance marketing teams to align campaigns with marketplace trends, inventory status, and promotional calendars.
Conduct ongoing content and merchandising audits to ensure PDPs, brand stores, and campaign pages reflect brand guidelines and best practices in SEO and UX.

Project Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Manage the eCommerce marketing roadmap for marketplaces, covering campaigns, content updates, optimizations, and testing initiatives.
Use project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms to plan tasks, assign owners, track timelines, and maintain status updates.
Coordinate closely with media, creative, and performance teams to ensure on‑time delivery of assets and flawless execution of marketplace initiatives.
Collaborate with internal legal and brand teams to secure approvals on claims, copy, imagery, and promotional mechanics for marketplace content.
Work with external agencies and partners (creative, media, content syndication, marketplace specialists) to drive high‑quality execution and consistent reporting.

Content Optimization & Competitive Analysis

Track A/B or multivariate tests on marketplace PDPs, brand stores, and campaign creatives, summarizing learnings and recommending ongoing optimizations.
Monitor competitor activity across key marketplaces, including pricing, assortment, content, and promotional strategies, and maintain up‑to‑date competitive trackers.
Prepare clear, visually compelling presentations and one‑pagers that summarize marketplace performance, test results, and competitive insights for stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, marketplace operations, digital marketing, or performance analytics, preferably in CPG, Beauty, or related consumer categories.
Strong hands‑on experience working with eCommerce marketplaces or retailer portals (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, regional marketplaces) and their analytics dashboards.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including data download, cleaning, consolidation, pivot tables, charting, and building structured reporting templates.
Proven experience working in cross‑functional teams and collaborating closely with media, creative, brand, legal, and external agencies.
Practical experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms to manage multi‑stakeholder projects.
Solid understanding of eCommerce content best practices, digital shelf optimization, and basic SEO principles as they apply to marketplaces.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and stakeholder‑friendly presentations.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
