Because our customers handle privileged and regulated matters that most cloud AI cannot touch, we run on premises and in customer controlled environments as well as in the cloud. That makes security, reliability, and reproducibility core product features, not afterthoughts. We work with AmLaw firms and enterprise legal teams where accuracy, explainability, and data control are non negotiable.

The Role

You will work side by side with our founder and leadership team to keep the whole company running. This is a cross functional role at the center of the business, spanning operations, marketing, finance, and compliance, with real ownership from day one. You will get an unusually close view of what it takes to build a company, the kind of exposure that is hard to find outside of founding one yourself. As one of our earliest non engineering hires, you will shape how we operate and grow into whatever the company needs most.

What You Will Do

Partner directly with the executive team on the day to day operations that keep the business moving: tools, vendors, travel, expenses, scheduling, and office coordination
Prepare and manage investor and customer materials, including updates, data room documents, and cleanly formatted invoices and contracts
Run our presence at industry conferences and events end to end, from logistics through follow up
Drive marketing and go to market support: content, social, website updates, outreach, and collateral
Help coordinate recruiting and onboarding as the team scales
Take work off the leadership team's plate and own it end to end, wherever the need is greatest

What You Bring

Experience in operations, business operations, or a similarly broad role, ideally at a startup or other fast moving environment
Highly organized and detail oriented, especially with documents, numbers, and deadlines
Strong writing and clear, professional communication with investors, customers, and partners
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and the range to move between strategic and hands on work in the same day
Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential investor and customer information
Proactive and resourceful, with a bias toward owning problems and following through
Bonus: interest in legal tech, AI, or startups, and fluency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
