Job Description:

We build the heavy-duty, off-highway land clearing equipment that tames the toughest environments on earth. From massive mulching tractors to extreme-duty attachments, our machines are built to destroy brush, clear land, and survive the harshest conditions. With over 30 years of building the most durable products on the market, we are currently experiencing massive growth, including a 62% year-over-year increase in business. We need a hands-on Inventory Manager to take charge of our inventory control, implement a new RF-based tracking system, and ensure our operations teams have exactly what they need to keep production moving across our four manufacturing facilities.

What You Will Do:

Take ownership of inventory management and accuracy across our four manufacturing facilities.
Lead the implementation and day-to-day use of an RF-based electronic inventory tracking system.
Partner directly with operations managers across fabrication, machining, paint, and assembly to ensure seamless material flow for our heavy equipment lines.
Drive an efficient cycle count program and maintain a robust root cause/corrective action process for continuous improvement.
Direct receiving, inventory control, and materials handling activities to support our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP).

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
5 to 10 years of hands-on inventory experience in a durable goods manufacturing environment.
Current or recent experience as an Inventory Manager with increasing responsibility and ownership of an inventory system.
Strong hands-on experience running an inventory system, ideally with RF guns and RF-based tracking.
