Customer Success Manager | Fully Remote (East Coast, US) | Digital Health | $130,000 base plus bonus

My client is on a mission to end that. And they are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help them do it.

Wundertalent have partnered with a fast growing, category leading digital health company that has quietly become one of the most trusted patient engagement platforms in the world. They build the technology that helps millions of patients actually take their medications correctly, while giving the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, payers, and health systems real world insight into what happens after the prescription is written. The result is better adherence, better outcomes, and lives saved at scale.

What you will be doing:

Owning the full client lifecycle, from implementation through renewal and expansion
Building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders inside large, complex healthcare and pharma organisations
Hitting and exceeding growth KPIs by driving adoption and co creating marketing programs that get more patients engaged
Mapping client organisations to uncover new opportunities and cross sell across brands and regions
Acting as the orchestrator across internal teams to keep delivery on time, on scope, and on value
Turning client and patient feedback into insight that shapes product and strategy

Who you are:

You come from a startup background and you thrive on ownership, ambiguity, and pace. This is non negotiable for us.
You have at least 3 years in healthcare, ideally digital health or pharma
You know how to move large, heavily regulated, sometimes slow organisations, and you get them to act faster
You have a real track record of building long term relationships with senior influencers
You are commercially sharp and analytically grounded. You let the data tell the story.
You can make genuinely complex things sound simple, in a room full of senior people
You are based on the East Coast of the US and open to travel of roughly 10 to 25%
