n7–12+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related servic
ePrior leadership experience managing teams and operatio
nStrong understanding of P&L, job costing, and operational KP
IExperience thriving in fast-paced, service-based environmen
tRestoration industry experience preferred (SERVPRO, ServiceMaster, Paul Davis, etc
.Familiarity with Xactimate and insurance-driven workflows is a plu
