Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service delivery. This role includes planning and managing workflows, setting priorities, and monitoring key performance indicators to meet organizational goals. The Operations Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and address operational issues promptly to reduce delays and errors. They will oversee resource allocation, support onboarding and training of team members, and maintain clear documentation of procedures and standards. The role also involves analyzing data to identify trends, recommending improvements, supporting budgeting and cost control, and communicating regularly with leadership and stakeholders about operational performance and risks.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in operations management, business administration, or a similar role with responsibility for daily operations and process optimization.
Strong skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work, including managing multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
Proficiency in analyzing operational data, creating reports, and using insights to drive decisions and improvements.
Ability to develop, document, and refine standard operating procedures and workflows.
Effective leadership and people-management skills, including coaching, performance feedback, and team collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for communication, project management, and reporting in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in a high-growth, service-oriented, or logistics/operations environment is beneficial.
