About the Role

We’re hiring an Operations Manager to support and improve key back-office functions across the company. This person will help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes by working across internal operations, documentation, compliance workflows, vendor coordination, contractor-related processes, and day-to-day execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to do well in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Responsibilities

Support and manage parts of the company’s back-office operations, including internal admin, documentation, compliance workflows, contractor-related processes, and operational support
Help execute recurring operational workflows accurately and on time
Maintain clear records, checklists, trackers, and internal documentation
Coordinate with vendors, platforms, service providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Track operational issues, follow up on open items, and help resolve bottlenecks
Improve existing workflows through better organization, templates, documentation, and lightweight process improvements
Help ensure operational tasks are completed consistently and with strong attention to detail
Support leadership on ambiguous operational projects and help turn them into clear next steps

Requirements

5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, compliance operations, administrative operations, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many moving pieces at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Experience supporting operational workflows from start to finish
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, internal tools, workflow platforms, and documentation systems
Strong written communication skills
Able to work independently and follow through reliably
Good judgment around sensitive information, compliance, contractor data, and internal processes
Willing to work fully in-office in San Francisco
Willing to handle both structured recurring tasks and ambiguous one-off projects
