Position Overview

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading and supporting our front and back of house teams, and ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.

What We Offer

Starting Salary: $55,000 annually
Benefits: Begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
Employer contribution of $353/month toward the base health insurance plan of your choice

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of both front and back of house
Lead by example and ensure top-tier guest service
Efficiently and professionally resolve guest concerns
Organize and supervise staff during shifts
Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
Assist the General Manager with hiring and onboarding
Train and develop team members in service excellence

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work flexible, full-time hours (typically 11-hour shifts)
A hands-on, positive attitude and passion for hospitality
