About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee service delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts. You’ll work closely with clients, franchise owners, and internal teams to ensure every facility receives consistent, high‑quality service.

This is a hands-on, relationship‑focused role that requires strong organization, leadership, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Support franchise owners with training, staffing, and operational guidance
Conduct site inspections and ensure brand standards are met
Build strong client relationships through communication and responsiveness
Resolve service issues quickly and effectively
Oversee onboarding of new accounts and ensure smooth transitions
Manage schedules and resources to meet client needs
Maintain reports and CRM updates
Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and service excellence

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
