Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, improve business processes, coordinate team efforts, and support company growth initiatives. This remote, part-time role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a flexible work environment and has strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily business operations and workflows.
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
Coordinate activities between departments and remote team members.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Track operational performance metrics and prepare reports.
Support vendor, client, and stakeholder communications.
Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and process management.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards.
Support management with strategic planning and business initiatives.

QualificationsRequired

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management, administration, project coordination, or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred

Experience in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay: $28–$45 per hour, based on experience.
