Why This Role Exists

Our customers go live and start seeing results fast. We need someone who takes ownership the moment a customer goes live: deepens the relationship, surfaces the value in the data, and turns a satisfied operator into a champion who expands to the next workflow. You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to shape how we retain and grow a customer base that's expanding fast. What you build will become the playbook we scale.

What You'll Own

Launch & adoption: Partner with our Implementation team through go-live; become the expert on how Domos's AI performs for each operator's specific portfolio
Relationship management: Own the post-launch relationship with customers serving as primary point of contact and trusted advisor; build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Health monitoring: Track agent performance and operator health and surface risks before they surface to you
Growth & retention: Lead renewal conversations and identify expansion into additional AI capabilities.
Voice of customer: Translate what operators tell you into product feedback. Be the operator's voice in the company
Internal visibility: Keep health scores, churn risk, and expansion forecasts current so leadership can see the book at a glance

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

3–5 years in Customer Success or Account Management at a B2B SaaS or vertical AI company
Proven track record owning the full customer lifecycle from pilot through renewal and expansion
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Analytical instinct: you can read adoption and performance metrics and tell what's actually going on, not just what the dashboard says
Comfort with a CSP or CRM and ideally a BI tool
Willingness to work from our NYC office ~4 days a week

Bonus:

PropTech or residential real estate experience
Experience as an early or first CS hire at a startup

You want to be at an early-stage startup. You've been in a high-growth environment before and you know what it actually feels like — no playbook, shifting priorities, and more ownership than your title suggests. That energizes you.
You take ownership of undefined problems. Two customers escalate the same issue from different angles. You don't wait for a process — you scope the fix, line up the right internal partners, and own the customer conversation through to resolution.
You're close to the customer. You'd rather get on a property manager's Monday morning call than read a churn report. The best product ideas come from what operators actually say, and you bring those back.
You ship fast and iterate. You'd rather build a V1 health score this week and improve it next month than spend a quarter designing the perfect one.
