Role Description The Dallas District Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dallas responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple ZIPS Car Wash locations within the district. This role includes leading and developing site managers and their teams, setting clear performance expectations, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards in safety, service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. The District Manager monitors key performance indicators such as revenue, membership growth, labor, and chemical usage, and implements action plans to meet or exceed targets. Daily responsibilities include visiting sites, coaching leaders, resolving escalated customer concerns, and partnering with corporate departments on marketing initiatives, equipment maintenance, and staffing needs. The role also focuses on building strong community relationships, supporting local outreach efforts, and reinforcing a culture of accountability, inclusion, and customer-first service throughout the district.

Qualifications

Progressive experience in multi-site retail, service, or operations management, with a track record of meeting performance goals and improving site-level results.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, train, coach, and mentor managers and team members, and foster an inclusive, safety-focused work environment.
Operational expertise in scheduling, inventory control, basic P&L understanding, and use of performance metrics to guide decisions and prioritize initiatives.
Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to address complex service issues and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple locations, competing priorities, and frequent on-site visits across the district.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with frontline teams, senior leadership, and community partners.
Comfort working with technology, including point-of-sale systems, reporting tools, mobile applications, and basic office software.
