Role Description

Quality Huts, LLC is looking for a Area Coach/District Manager to join our team. This full-time role is located in the Chicago metropolitan area. The Area Coach is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring the highest level of quality, service, and operational efficiency is maintained. Additionally, the Area Coach is responsible for developing and executing business plans to meet financial targets, and supporting the professional development and growth of team members.

Qualifications

2+ years of multi-unit experience, preferably in Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurants, with a track record of successfully increasing profitability, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest experience.
Ability to analyze financial data and develop and execute business plans to meet financial targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience leading and developing teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring all responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with POS and back-office systems, MS Office, and Google applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
