Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading team members, and driving sales. The role also includes managing stock levels, ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and communication. The Store Manager will maintain high store standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a seamless shopping experience
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Experience in Store Management and leadership to oversee operations and drive sales
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention processes to ensure store security and compliance
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience in fashion, jewelry, or related industries is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred
