Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Greater Philadelphia. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include leading and mentoring staff, monitoring performance metrics, enforcing compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards for service and quality. The General Manager will also develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Leadership and Management skills, including team building, staff training, and performance evaluation
Operational and Strategic Planning expertise, with an ability to create and implement effective business strategies
Financial Acumen, including managing budgets and analyzing financial statements
Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues effectively
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities to address challenges and drive results
Knowledge of hospitality or foodservice industry standards and compliance requirements
Proficiency in relevant technology systems and software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within hospitality, food service, or retail sectors
