Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in Miami, FL. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring production schedules are met while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Responsibilities include managing production staff, optimizing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with other departments such as quality control, procurement, and logistics.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising production teams.
Expertise in production processes, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of safety protocols, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Proficient in using production management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or similar industries is highly desirable.
Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
