About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. You will be responsible for improving processes, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence within the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and ensure business processes run smoothly
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency
Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning
Coordinate with different departments to achieve business objectives
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Prepare operational reports for senior management
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Previous experience in operations, management, or leadership roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with business operations, budgeting, and process improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments
Preferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems or operations software
Knowledge of process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma)
