GENERAL MANAGER- SALES & MEMBER EXPERIENCE

StretchLab ATlanta is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead membership sales, team performance, and studio growth across our Decatur and Morningside studios in Atlanta. Our two studios are in the top 5% of StretchLab studios in the United States and are the top performing studios in Georgia.

POSISTION SUMMARY

The General Manager is responsible for leading revenue growth, membership sales, team development, and day to day operations across both studios. This is a hands on leadership role with a strong emphasis on sales performance, community engagement, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role is approximately 70% sales leadership and business development and 30% staff leadership and studio operations. It is well suited for a candidate who has progressed from a front desk, sales, or assistant manager position and is ready to take on broader business ownership and people leadership responsibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive membership growth and revenue across both Decatur and Morningside studios
Generate leads through grassroots marketing, partnerships, networking, and local community outreach
Follow the StretchLab sales process to convert prospects into introductory sessions and memberships
Coach studio teams to strengthen sales execution, client experience, and member retention
Lead day to day operations, including staffing support, retail oversight, inventory coordination, and vendor management
Monitor key performance metrics and use CRM data and reporting to improve conversion, retention, and overall studio results
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and high energy environment that reflects the quality of the brand and encourages referrals and repeat business
Collaborate with ownership to identify operational improvements, growth opportunities, and team development priorities

Preferred candidates will offer the following:

2 or more years of fitness sales, membership sales, or service based sales experience
A track record of generating leads, closing sales, and driving revenue growth
Experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising team members in a service or sales environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across in person, phone, and email interactions
Comfort with CRM systems, reporting, and performance analysis
A high level of organization, accountability, professionalism, and follow through
A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and helping people move and feel better
