The DTC Operations Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operational execution across the company’s direct-to-consumer business, including retail stores, e-commerce, systems, inventory processes, and operational vendor management. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows, strong operational controls, and a seamless customer and store experience across all DTC channels.

Retail Operations

Lead retail operations processes and provide ongoing support to store teams through regular communication, issue resolution, and operational guidance.
Coordinate recurring retail operations meetings, including agenda development, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up on key action items.
Develop and manage project plans for new store openings and other retail operational initiatives, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly defined.
Partner with buying, logistics, warehouse, and retail leadership teams to support inventory movement, replenishment processes, and store operational needs.
Oversee point-of-sale configuration and maintenance for operational charges and store service-related functionality.
Plan and manage store inventory processes, including scheduling, preparation, reconciliation, and system updates.
Support operational purchasing and branded supply workflows to ensure stores have the necessary materials and resources to operate effectively.

E-commerce Operations

Manage and support core e-commerce operational integrations across platforms and systems to ensure accurate order, inventory, and returns processing.
Partner with customer service teams to review and resolve complex customer scenarios requiring operational guidance and decision-making.
Monitor e-commerce operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.

Systems and Platform Management

Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of retail and e-commerce systems, including ERP, POS, and digital commerce platforms.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on system onboarding, discovery, implementation, and optimization projects.
Manage integration requirements across business platforms to support efficient workflows and accurate data exchange.
Troubleshoot operational systems issues and coordinate timely resolution with cross-functional teams and third-party providers.
Maintain operational oversight of store technology platforms and service tools used to support the retail experience.

Administrative and Vendor Management

Maintain administrative oversight of operational vendor accounts, support systems, and service platforms used across retail and e-commerce operations.
Coordinate account access, ownership changes, and vendor administration in partnership with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Manage support channels and vendor communications related to operational systems, tools, and services.
Ensure key operational platforms remain current, accessible, and properly maintained to support business continuity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, retail management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce operations, omni-channel operations, or a similar environment.
Experience working with ERP, POS, inventory, and e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify POS
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across multiple business functions.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: $115,000 - $130,000
