About the role

This role will be a 7 month Fixed Term Contract

The Production Manager partners with Producers to organize commercial and original productions, manages schedules, budgets, logistics, and on-set operations. This role works within the production team to coordinate and organize all production needs across departments, including Client Services and Social. They ensure projects/programs run smoothly from pre-production through delivery.

What you'll be doing:

Help plan and coordinate production schedules, shoot calendars, call sheets, and overall timelines
Organize studio scheduling, bookings, and day-to-day studio operations
Coordinate crew, talent, locations, travel logistics, equipment, vendors, permits, insurance, and releases
Track costs, finalize expenses, reconcile monthly budget reporting, process invoices, and flag budget or timeline risks early for Producers.
Maintain clear communication between Production, Client Services, and Social departments ● Troubleshoot issues in real time and keep productions on schedule
Work with Producers to ensure smooth asset delivery, post-production handoffs, and full production wrap
Event/experiential experience is also a huge plus!

What you have:

● 3–5 years of experience in production management or line production

● Strong knowledge of video and branded content workflows

● Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

● Clear and professional communicator
