Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to own our flagship store in San Francisco end-to-end. You’ll run daily operations, hire and lead a high-energy team, uphold uncompromising standards, and make sure every customer leaves feeling the brand. This is a build-from-zero role. You’ll help shape systems, culture, and execution from day one. We would also hope to have the successful candidate transition into a larger operational role within the company as we roll out our unique concept of coffee bars across San Francisco and North America aggressively over the next 3 - 5 years.

Requirements

Proven experience running a high-volume, high quality coffee bar, restaurant, fast food or hospitality concept
Strong leadership, high standards, and calm under pressure
Operator mindset. You see problems and fix them
Pride in execution and ownership mentality
