Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and scale machine learning and AI-driven systems for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, machine learning, Generative AI, and cloud platforms, along with strong leadership capabilities to guide engineering teams and deliver production-ready solutions.

This role requires ownership of ML model development, data pipelines, MLOps, and scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end machine learning solutions from data ingestion to deployment.
Build scalable ML pipelines and data processing frameworks.
Develop and deploy GenAI/LLM-based applications (RAG, prompt engineering).
Implement feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
Deploy models using MLOps frameworks and cloud platforms.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams.
Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and enforce best practices.
Monitor models in production and implement continuous improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
Exposure to Databricks or big data platforms
Experience building production AI/ML systems
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
