About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple studio locations. You’ll work closely with Studio Managers and leadership to ensure each studio runs smoothly, performs at a high level, and delivers the elevated experience The Full Routine is known for.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple studios
Lead, coach, and develop Studio Managers and studio teams
Ensure consistency in client experience, brand standards, and studio execution
Drive performance across key business metrics including revenue, retention, utilization, and conversion
Support hiring, onboarding, staffing, and team accountability
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems
Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and new studio opportunities
Maintain a strong in-studio presence and team culture across all locations

Qualifications

3–6+ years of multi-unit management or regional operations experience
Background in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or premium service brands preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
Passion for fitness, wellness, and community-building
