Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hiring Manager to join our team at our office in the New York City Metropolitan Area. In this on-site role, the Hiring Manager will oversee the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment strategies, collaborating with department heads, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Hiring Manager will also play a key role in maintaining compliance with employment laws and building strong talent pipelines for the organization.

Qualifications

Recruitment and hiring expertise, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Strong organizational and project management skills
Interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse candidates and teams
Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruitment tools
Ability to build and maintain effective talent pipelines
Proficiency in HR technology and applicant tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources roles preferred
