Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient logistics coordination and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include managing schedules, optimizing routes, overseeing employees, analyzing operational performance, and ensuring resources are effectively utilized. This role also involves direct collaboration with team members and customers to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and operational management skills
Logistics, scheduling, and route optimization experience
Leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management systems
Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO, and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment
Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
