What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operational execution for both the direct-to-consumer and wholesale businesses

• Support merchandising, forecasting, and planning efforts that ensure the right SKUs are in-stock at the right time across all channels

• Oversee inbound freight across the US, Europe, and Asia

• Manage multiple third-party warehouse partners globally, including our primary US 3PL and international fulfillment nodes

• Monitor the company’s operational analytics and KPIs to surface key business insights and drive decision-making

• Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities across the supply chain

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners

• Oversee the Customer Experience team, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of customer issues

What We’re Looking for

• 4-10 years of operations experience in a consumer goods, apparel, footwear, or eCommerce environment

• Experience managing 3PL partners and global freight (US, Europe, Asia)

• Strong command of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain fundamentals

• Experience supporting both DTC (Shopify or similar) and wholesale channel operations

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel; comfort building and maintaining operational dashboards

• Proven ability to manage external vendors and hold partners accountable to SLAs
