We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for a high-end, mixed-use luxury asset comprised of premier retail and Class A office space. This is a highly visible, front-facing leadership role requiring exceptional relationship management skills, executive presence, and a strong operational mindset.

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the asset’s operational, financial, physical, and experiential performance while serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and community stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class tenant and guest experience, driving property performance, managing capital and operating plans, and leading a high-performing on-site team.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily property operations, maintenance, life safety systems, energy management, and contracted services
Building strong relationships with office and retail tenants, ownership groups, and local community leaders
Managing budgeting, forecasting, expense control, rent collections, and NOI optimization
Partnering with leasing, asset management, development, and construction teams on strategic initiatives
Leading vendor management, RFP processes, and capital improvement projects
Supporting marketing, placemaking, and event initiatives that enhance the overall guest experience and drive traffic
Recruiting, developing, and mentoring on-site staff while fostering a service-oriented culture

The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-profile mixed-use, retail, office, hospitality, or lifestyle-oriented assets and possess strong leadership, financial, and tenant relationship management skills.
