Education And Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 11+ years of relevant work experience without a degree
3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development, including designing and deploying ML models
Strong software engineering background with experience in Python, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
Good knowledge of RESTful API principles
Good understanding of relational databases and SQL querying

Required Technical Experience

Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Data Lake
Experience building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems, vector embeddings, and knowledge retrieval pipelines
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, validation, and performance optimization
Ensure resilience, scalability, and reliability of AI models using cloud-based platforms such as Azure
Ensure AI/ML solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards
Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, and orchestration patterns for quality, reliability, and cost efficiency

AI Agents and Automation

Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent workflows for enterprise processes using Azure and modern orchestration frameworks
