Requirements

8+ years in fintech, startup, or high-growth environments, with demonstrable P&L ownership.
Proven track record of engaging Diaspora communities in Latin America through grassroots initiatives.
Experience in orchestrating both offline and online marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences.
Strong analytical skills, leveraging data to inform business decisions and drive strategy.
Robust network within community organizations and associations.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to business, finance, or related fields.
