Requirements

Proven experience in general management or operations, specifically in power management, ideally spanning five years.
Strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting financial and operational data to influence strategic decisions.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies for effective problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain cross-functional teams in a complex organizational structure.
BA/BS in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; an MBA or Lean Certification is advantageous.
