Requirements

Hands-on background in e-commerce or logistics support.
Proven expertise in using customer service platforms, particularly Gorgias; familiarity with Zendesk or Intercom is valuable.
Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT for customer interactions.
Skilled in data analysis; you should have a track record of managing KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
Ability to juggle various brand identities, each with unique policies and customer expectations.
Resilience in handling escalated customer issues effectively.
