Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with P&L oversight, preferably in a manufacturing or specialty chemical context.
Experience in business development, with a proven track record of expanding market presence.
Strong administrative capabilities, including budget management, forecasting, and payroll supervision.
Demonstrated success in team management and customer service, with an ability to foster a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills; able to convey complex information succinctly and effectively.
