In Houston, our Structured Debt Operations team is focused on enhancing our client service approach. We’re on the lookout for a Client Service Leader who can navigate the intricacies of CLO and structured debt, providing strategic oversight to our dedicated service teams.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and hands-on experience in financial services.
7-10 years in a client service or operational role within the financial sector, with a strong focus on structured finance.
At least 3 years dedicated to managing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Proven track record in overseeing complex client relationships, ensuring smooth transaction processing and issue resolution.
Experience with client and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
