Requirements

5–10 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role.
Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch.
Experience working directly with engineering teams to translate operational insights into product enhancements.
Strong background in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira, and documentation platforms like Notion or Confluence.
