Requirements

A minimum of 5 years in program management, particularly in a B2B SaaS or startup context.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Engineering, Product, and Design.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver results without direct authority.
Strong writing skills, particularly in making complex information easily understandable.
Adept at navigating ambiguous situations and formulating structured solutions.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion is a plus.
