Requirements

8-12 years of hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably within consumer goods or apparel.
A proven track record in managing global inbound and outbound logistics.
Strong familiarity with 3PL operations, including relationship management and contract negotiation.
Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Fulfil or similar platforms is advantageous.
Comprehensive knowledge of freight logistics, duty classifications, and import compliance.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on follow-through and accuracy.
A calm demeanor when under pressure, with a proactive approach to risk identification.
Collaborative spirit, capable of navigating cross-functional partnerships.
