Requirements

5+ years of experience in Customer Success, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within a SaaS or subscription context.
Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset, though not mandatory.
Proven track record in managing customer retention and revenue expansion metrics.
Experience working effectively with partners in a channel-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills to develop and implement customer success metrics and frameworks.
