Requirements

2-5 years of direct experience in customer success, project management, or a related field.
Proficiency in navigating SaaS platforms, with a good grasp of APIs and marketing automation.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and multifaceted stakeholder relationships.
Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex information into actionable insights.
Strong analytical skills to assess product usage and identify upsell opportunities.
